This Privacy Policy explains how Obaco Homes Real Estate LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a real estate brokerage registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (RERA ORN: 39478), with offices at The Citadel Tower, Office 706, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE, collects and processes personal data through nad-alsheba-garden.com (the "Site"). We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and other applicable law.

• Data you give us: name, email address, phone number, preferred property type and any message you submit through our inquiry form, phone, or WhatsApp.
• Data collected automatically: basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring URLs, collected through hosting logs and analytics.

• To respond to your inquiry about Nad Al Sheba Gardens and share prices, floor plans, availability and payment plans.

We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to serve your request and to meet regulatory record-keeping requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Subject to the PDPL, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
