It is operated and marketed by Obaco Homes Real Estate LLC, a real estate brokerage registered with the Dubai Land Department (RERA ORN: 39478), located at The Citadel Tower, Office 706, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. All project names, renders and materials belong to their respective owners and are used for property marketing purposes. Prices, payment plans, handover dates and availability are indicative, subject to change by the developer, and do not constitute an offer or contract.
